- How long does the membership last? Your membership becomes active upon completion of the Clinical Trial Network Investigator Profile Application and corresponding dues. Your membership will remain active for one year. Thirty days prior to the expiration of your membership, you will receive a notification via e-mail. If you choose not to renew your membership, you profile will be automatically deleted from the network.
- What if there are multiple investigators at my site or if I belong to a SMO or Multi-Facility Research Group? The Clinical Trial Network provides three levels of membership to best suit your needs. The first profile is for an individual clinical investigator. The Individual Investigator Membership will list your name and contact information, your academic background including board certifications, information regarding your site, your previous areas of therapeutic experience, and a list of three current clinical trials that you are conducting or enrolling. The second profile is for multiple clinical investigators at one facility. The Research Facility Membership will not list individual names, but will allow you to quantify the number of investigators and include their board certifications, list information regarding the site including contact information, the previous areas of therapeutic experience, and a list of five current clinical trials that you are conducting or enrolling. The third profile is for a SMO or Multi-Facility Research Group. The SMO / Multi-Facility Research Group Membership allows you to provide information regarding the number of active sites along with up to thirty-six geographic locations, your contact information, a collective list of your investigator's board certifications and previous therapeutic experience, and a list of ten current clinical trials that you are conducting and enrolling. All memberships will contain an active hyperlink directly to your website and to your e-mail if provided.
- How much is the annual membership? The cost for an Individual Investigator Membership is $249, Research Facility Membership is $349, and SMO / Multi-Facility Research Group is $499. To determine which membership level suits your needs, please see FAQ number 2 above. Unlike other services, there is no one time set-up fee associated with the activation of your membership.
- How can I purchase the membership? You can purchase the membership online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and electronic check also known as e-Check. You will select the appropriate membership level and read the terms and conditions of the membership. Upon agreeing to the terms and conditions, you will complete your online application, review, and submit.
