As an experienced Clinical Research Professional responsible for the identification and selection of clinical research investigators, the Clinical Trial Network has been developed with you in mind. Our mission is to provide you with a platform to highlight your experience in the industry in order for you to forge an unbreakable bond with other clinical research professionals.
Why Become A Member of the Clinical Trial Network? We afford you the opportunity to:
1. Present a detailed profile of your expertise directly to those responsible for investigator selection. The Clinical Trial Network investigator profile captures the pertinent information about you that is used by the sponsors in the site selection process. Unlike other directories, you will have a username and password to update all areas of your profile at anytime to ensure that the sponsors have the most current and up to date information on you. In addition, there is no fee to the sponsor or their delegate to search the network.
2. Recruit interested participants for clinical trials that you are currently conducting. As a member, you can list up to ten trials in your profile, depending on your membership level, at any given time. You will be able to provide general information about each clinical trial along with contact information for the potential subjects to reach you. Your username and password will allow you to update the clinical trial listings throughout your membership. Other online services do not allow you to advertise to both the sponsor and potential subjects in one place for no additional charge or have the ability to add and/or delete listings to ensure that your profile accurately reflects the enrolling studies at your site.
3. Receive Investigator Recruitment Notices. The Clinical Trial Network will pass along information directly from the sponsor or their delegate to you via e-mail regarding upcoming clinical trials. The Clinical Trial Network allows sponsors or their delegates to submit a “Request for Investigators” to the Clinical Trial Network. The Investigator Recruitment Notices will provide pertinent study-related information along with the sponsor’s contact information should you be interested. Again, this is a complimentary service provided to the sponsors and their delegates.
4. Establish a network of close working relationships. Although some of the Investigator Recruitment Notices may not be of interest to you, it may be beneficial for you to contact the sponsor’s representative to introduce yourself and establish a relationship. Sponsor companies usually have several studies in the works in multiple therapeutic areas in which you may have an interest. As a professional responsible for site selection, those sites in which I have a working relationship came to the front of my mind at the time of site selection. In addition, you may know of other investigators that you can refer to the sponsor, again setting the groundwork for a strong, mutually beneficial relationship.
5. Advertise with confidence. At Clinical Trial Network, we believe that a strong marketing campaign to the sponsor companies and individuals looking for clinical trials is the key to your success. We have a firm grasp of effective advertising methods across the internet and will provide you with a visible ranking of our site based on internet searches for clinical trials. In one recent month there were over 40,000 searches on a popular search engine for clinical trials. Our advertisements will also be placed in upcoming industry-related publications.
6. Invest in your future with a minimal risk. If you obtain one clinical trial, one subject, or establish working relationships with key individuals in the industry, the membership dues will pay for themselves.
